By accessing or using ToneForge ("the Service") at www.wtoneforge.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Nobleqing Inc.

ToneForge is an AI-powered voice studio that provides text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, and voice design features, powered by ElevenLabs. The Service requires account registration to access most features.

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
• One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

You agree not to:

• Clone or impersonate the voice of any person without their explicit, informed consent.
• Generate audio content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
• Use ToneForge to create fraud, scams, disinformation, or non-consensual intimate content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute generated audio in violation of ElevenLabs' terms.
• Use the free plan for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by your subscription plan.

When using the Voice Clone feature, you confirm that you own the uploaded audio recording or have obtained explicit consent from the speaker to clone their voice. ToneForge is not liable for misuse of cloned voices. Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Generated audio files belong to you, subject to ElevenLabs' output license terms. Free plan users may use generated audio for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Pro plan users receive a commercial license as described in the pricing page.

The ToneForge name, logo, and website design are owned by Nobleqing Inc and may not be used without written permission.

Free plan features and limits are subject to change without notice. Pro plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

ToneForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. ElevenLabs API availability may affect service uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToneForge and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post updated terms on this page with a new date.
