Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is available at no charge and does not involve any payment. No refund applies to the Free plan.

2. Pro Plan — Monthly Subscription

Monthly Pro subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will revert to the Free plan.

Refunds for monthly plans: We offer a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your initial purchase and have used fewer than 10 generations during that period. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund.

3. Pro Plan — Annual Subscription

Annual Pro subscriptions are billed once per year at a discounted rate. You may cancel at any time; Pro access continues until the end of the paid annual period.

Refunds for annual plans: We offer a prorated refund for unused complete months remaining in your subscription, minus any applicable transaction fees, if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and the date of purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.
  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window.
  • Dissatisfaction with ElevenLabs API quality or availability (a third-party dependency outside our control).
  • Duplicate accounts created to bypass plan limits.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
